Two candidates for chair of Anglican Consultative Council

Adult Sunday Schools suggested in discipleship move

The Church of England’s Bishop of Chelmsford, the Rt Revd Stephen Cottrell, has suggested that churches should “renegotiate the Sunday contract” to include adult Sunday schools and eating together. WCC to stage conference on reconciliation in indigenous contexts

The World Council of Churches will convene a conference on the theme “Reconciliation Processes in Indigenous Contexts” in Trondheim, Norway, on 20-21 June. The conference, which will be hosted by the Sami Church Council (Church of Norway), will be held in connection with the WCC Central Committee meeting on 22-28 June, also in Trondheim.
