[By Marites N. Sison Anglicanjournal] The Primate’s World Relief and Development Fund (PWRDF) has contributed $20,000 to assist about 5,000 Syrian families in the Qalamoun area who have been displaced by the ongoing violence in their country.

Joe Takeli, who is due to come to the UK in January to take up a Commonwealth Professional Fellowship, will be the first Solomon Islander to come to London on this type of programme.
